Bootstrapping a New Project

This tutorial explains how to initialize a new instance of the monorepo using the state-aware provisioner CLI.

Prerequisites

  • Node.js (v22+)
  • pnpm (v9+)
  • Docker & Docker Compose (or Podman)

Step 1: Clone the Repository

Clone the template repository to your local machine:

git clone https://github.com/tupynambalucas-dev/%GITHUB_REPO%.git my-new-project
cd my-new-project
pnpm install

Step 2: Run the Provisioner CLI

Our repository ships with a state-aware CLI that automatically renames domains, internal hosts, and package scopes.

pnpm provision init

The interactive wizard will ask you for:

  • New Project Domain (e.g., mycompany.com)
  • New GitHub Organization
  • New GitHub Repository Name

Step 3: Start the Environment

Once the bootstrap script completes, the entire monorepo is adapted to your new brand.

pnpm dev
