ADR-002: State-Aware Monorepo Provisioning

Context​

Forks of the template monorepo must be renamed efficiently without manual find-and-replace processes that are prone to error.

Decision​

We established @tupynambalucas-dev/shared-config/project.config.json as the Single Source of Truth (SSOT). The tools/provisioner workspace provides an interactive CLI (using Commander and Clack Prompts) that:

  1. Prompts the user for new variables.
  2. Updates the SSOT.
  3. Propagates the changes across package.json, .env files, Docker configs, and GitHub workflows.

Consequences​

  • Eliminates "template rot" and broken paths.
  • Ensures all new projects inherit the correct internal and public domains automatically.
